The 'dock' button in the Selected Item window is directly above that button, for me, and this is why I've sometimes unintentionally entered CQ. And yeah, I wanted the same thing: to disable the button, rather than turn off the station interface which also disables ship-spinning.

But you can move the button yourself, by moving the station services window.

Double-clicking a name in local now opens up 'show info'; no need to right-click.
