So I just came back to EVE after an 8 month Hiatus and have no idea where to go in terms of skill development. I currently have 4,476,928 skill points, I'm fairly sure I was working toward flying a Drake and/or Raven seeing as I apperently own one of each. Here are my current skills:

Drones - 2
Scout Drone - 1

Ewar - 2
Electronics - 4
Elec Upgrade - 2
Long Range Targeting - 2
Sig Analysis - 3
Survey - 3
Targeting - 4

EM Shield Compen -3
Energy Grid Upgrades - 2
Energy Management - 3
Energy Systems Operation - 3
Engineering - 4
Explosive Shield Compensation - 3
Shield Compensation - 3
Shield Management - 5
Shield Operation - 5
Shield Upgrades - 4
Tactical Shield Manipulation - 2

So I guess I want to be able to efficiently run a drake/raven and some direction as where to go in terms of skill dev. In any case, I have no idea what I'm doing anymore, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming you're using them for PvE then the following skills will max out both ships

Drake Raven PvE:

Open certificates -> Core certificates -> almost all are useful at max, few exceptions (like Multitasking are not useful)

Shield (named shield compensations to lvl 4 is enough to start, same for tactical shield manipulation others are more than usefull at 5)

Missiles: agian see certificates focus on missile operation heavy missiles and cruise missiles (for drake and Raven) 1 skill is not on that tree that is very importent Missile precision skill to reduce explosion radius.

Drones: limited to scout drones and what makes them better:

Drones 5
Scoutdrones 5
Racial drone specialisation (Gallente most likely)

Drone Sharp shooting 4/5
Drone interfacing 4/5
Combat drone operation 5
Drone durability 5

Propulsion:

Afterburner 4/5
acceleration control 4/5
Fuel conservation 4/5

Riggs

Jury rigging 4/5
Shield rigging 5
Launcher rigging 4/5

That should about do it for PvE
