What skills should i learn to tidy it up/improve my char

It is only useful if you are a carrier pilot and use a triage module. Character isn't a capital pilot (yet).

For tidy, train everything to 4. You might want to start with certificates to standard.

Personally, tidiness is overrated unless you are selling the character.

Depends on what do you want to do. I set myself short and long term goals and skill based on that.
For your character I would start with skills that are used across all setups and get them to higher levels:
Energy Management 4->5
Energy Systems Operation 4->5
Navigation 4->5
Hull Upgrades 4->5
Mechanics 3->5
Rigging skills to 4 (for rigs u use)
Armor comp. skills to lvl4 or 5 if you are armor tanker
Shield Management and Shield Operation to lvl 5 if you are shield tanker
Signature Focusing to lvl 4 if you use missiles
...

I would suggest that you use skill planing software like EVEmon.

Get an orca.

You'll be shocked at all it can do for you.

Move your fitted ships. (( great for mission runners ))
Great hauler. (( A must have for any trader ))
Join in on a mining opp. (( You can help miners ))
