Capital Ships Solo C5 or C6 Wormholes

I usually dual box with a dread and a carrier. The carrier uses heavy web drones to slow things down for my dread to hit.

Basically,
fleet them up,
align both ships
warp them in together as a fleet
win.

Also you can use the Rorqual to salvage like another person said. It tractors from a long way and has a good tank so you can salvage while the others kill.

I thought you could only use fighters or fighter bombers with carriers? also could a thanatoes do C5 and C6's too?

If you are just starting out I would advise sticking to Amarr Capitals or using an alt in a freighter as tank. Gallente capitals focus more on damage and might not be able to tank all incoming damage from a C6.

I have no amarr skills :( I have battleship skills for gallente almost maxed. thats why I wanted to get a carrier.

out of curiosity, who told you the sekrit about solo caps farming in wh space. I believe we, as incurions bears did, made a pact for not telling any outsiders about this isk fountain

You are welcome to our corp- we just installed Sovereignty Blockade Units on our static, meaning we can start building our first Nyx <3

AFAIK the only Gallente ship that can solo C3 sites

Absolutely! But as others have said you really need to have a second pilot in a Freighter or Rorqual to help tank some of the damage. Also the Rorqual can salvage while you are still engaged with the sleepers. It goes a lot faster that way. I imagine you will be out of the site in under 2 minutes with this set up.

Dont mind them OP. Everyone in this thread is trolling.

The phoenix is actually the worst cap to solo C5.

If you really are serious about this you should work to get 2 toons: a anshar as the tank and a naglfar as the dps dealer.

I often use this setup and can solo a site in about 10 minutes, those who say they finish faster are probaby using a titan booster alt.

Yeah I call bs on that 2 minutes too

We plan to put officer tracking comps on our Nyx, but still don't expect to get under 5 minutes in a normal site.

Just Alter: Wow, an Anshar? That's a brilliant idea! It tanks even better than a normal freighter because of it's T2 resists! Thanks for the advice. I might upgrade my Charon to a jump freighter for wormholes as well, thanks a lot :)
