slow client everything is just lagged.

tl;dr anyone know any good client optimization settings? all other games on my computer work flawlessly, eve lags doing anything.

Its been like this for awhile but i never really noticed until i started dabbling in other games. when i play other games i notice "wow everyhing is really smooth!! i click something and it immediately opens! there is no mouse delay, dragging items is instant nothing lags chat opens fast its like really nice!!"

i come back to eve. everything is just ****. waiting 2-3 seconds for anything chat windows to open up... sometimes it takes me 30 seconds to join a fleet? really what the **** is this bull ****? If i put a ticket in they want me to have a ******* PHD in computer science to fix my problem download 100 third party addons to fix the problem

its only eve - other games work fine.

Today almost seems like a server wide test of time-dialation....best way i can describe it...everything in space feels much slower than normal. And others in my local are confirming this.
