Don't know how you can do it with adblock, but I do know how you can do it with Stylebot.

1) Install Stylebot extension for Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/oiaejidbmkiecgbjeifoejpgmdaleoha
2) Open EVE Online forum;
3) Open Stylebot main window and click on "Edit CSS" on the bottom of the window;
4) Change the background by adding this code at the end:

body { background: black; }

5) Save the changes.
