I believe that the bounties as a % are going to increase with the addition of prices on the heads of Drones even in the wake of the BOT BANS. IMHO after the Incursion 10% payout nerf we're going to still see spiraling inflation & this will trigger the 10% bounty cut that CCP Soundwave threated in his Ten Ton Hammer interview ( I hope he also includes WH blue loot in this nerf because they are a form of bounties )
It'll be funny watching all the peeps still blaming Incursions for all the inflation after the nerf when they will then be an even smaller portion of the ISK globally in Eve Roll

I would support this if High Sec loses all Concord, Faction Police, Customs Agents, Station and Gate Guns. Also Smart Bombs working at 0 on stations.

Oh and Dictiors/Hictors can deploy bubbles and Mobile bubbles are also allowed.
