Going to buy a CNR for Level 4s, would this fit be decent?

Expensive. If you want cheap-ish and effective, then http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Raven_Navy_Issue_(Fitting)#Navy_Raven_a_la_Liang

I took a look at the fit you posted, I'm worried about not having enough CPU for it. The program I use for fits says that the fit goes 200 tf over.

Drop to Arbalests until you have Weapon Upgrades V and Electronics V trained?

EDIT you could also swap the sig amp for a CPU upgrade until your skills improve.

I flew both greengimps and Liangs fit and they are both very good.

Greens fit is expensive but you can do pretty much any mission in super easy mode.

Liangs fit requires more attention and management, especially for the harder missions but it's perfectly doable. I'm especially fond of the Signal Amplifier in the low. Swapping the CN XL booster to a Gist B-type XL will allow you to remove the cap booster for something else (I have 2 PWNAGE TPs on my CNR, and my launchers CN. I'm so uncomfortable with T2 cruise missiles and just use T1 all the time), but of course it will become much more expensive.

If you still need to ask about fits you shouldn't be doing level 4's.

If you have to use a coprocessor because don't have Electronics 5 you shouldn't be in a CNR. Fly a Drake till you get better skills. I would hate to see you lose a multi-billion ISK CNR due to lack of skills.

What?

This might apply to something like caps, but for friggin' mission battleships? We have enough failfit mission BSes around already...

Eh, generally you're probably right, but Ravens don't get a lot of use out of that last low anyway, so...

^ obvious troll is obvious

Besides that, I really like the fit, maybe you could switch the drone link augmentor for a tractor beam. Personally I like to blitz missions with ships this awesome, so looting some of the wrecks that are within reach is a good way of making some more ISK/hr. Sometimes I discover items worth 4mil in things like cruiser wrecks (arbalest launchers, prototype adaptive plates....). And sending drones that far out takes a lot of time and it will take time again for them to fly the way back. On my nightmare I have a tractor beam and an auto targeting system, just for the +3 targets bonus, I really like it, and when I get lazy I turn it on and press F1 one-shotting those blobs of red crosses :).

Besides that, I don't know what all that green stuff costs, but it looks like a lot and you should make sure not to make it a piƱata fit. Chances are your getting ganked and why do you fly this? ISK? Don't want to see billions of it going down =(

By the time someone is in a faction battleship they should have flown a frigate/ destroyer, cruiser, battlecruiser, and non faction battleship. This will give both the player and pilot time to learn basic skills. This includes both gameplay skill and the in game core skills of the pilot.
Yes I've seen two week old pilots in a CNR but that doesn't make it smart. Going out and spending real life money for ISK to buy a ship that they don't have the skills to fly is just setting yourself up for failure.

Of course this is just my opinion based on my experience. Feel free to make your own opinions by learning on your own. Someone has to give the griefers something to blow up :-)

Liangs fit for sure, greengimps is unnecessarily pimped, Pithum A-Type Med is for cap-stability, not burst tanking which is what you want on a CNR. I use a Pith C-Type X-Large, only like 50 million more than a CN and it gives better boost. Also, 4th BCU should be T2, faction only adds a 1 digit figure for 100 million. Also, I went for 2x T2 Rigor and 1x T1 Flare w/ a TP, its the best combo IMO, allows you to use fury on eveything Destroyers and up (you can instapop dessies with just 3 launchers w/o even TPing em with fury).
