Audio issue, need help.

My audio works fine on Sisi. Doesn't work on TQ.

When I log into the main server, I get no music at the login screen. When I enter the game, I get absolutely no sound. I have the audio enabled box checked and all volume sliders at 50. My sound works perfectly on all other programs. Is there a setting that I might be missing?

Normally I wouldn't care, but I need it for Eve voice.

I believe you are able to set audiosetting on different programs in windows now. if it works on sisi and not on TQ perhaps that is what is wrong.

Another way to test it is to use the settings file from one version of eve on your current one, but boy that can get ugly really fast. Or reinstall so you have standard setting again.

Just had this problem the other day, I fixed it by doing

Start Eve, alt tab out and click on the speaker icon in the system tray, click on "mixer" on the bottom and see if eve's volume has been turned down

Which I found in another thread.

I also noticed that TeamSpeak auto turns down all other volumes when someone speaks.

this didn't work for me, i also didn't have teamspeak open when i noticed the problem

nvm, i found the problem to be one of Apple's iTunes helper programs
