Tooltip changes to security rating is good, but can we get it for all standings as well?

I just logged onto Sisi and noticed that my sec rating has a number trimmed off of it showing "1.2", however when I mouse over the number, it show a more precise number "1.1973"
It's nice knowing a more exact number. If this could be applied to all standings as well, letting us see the number to the forth decimal place, it'd be a nice improvement

Also, on a related note, I'd like to see a change to the standings "transactions" listing, right now it gives a percent, that changes depending on what level your standing is at before the change, if an absolute value could be added, that would be even better.

I know these are minor changes, but it's something that I think would be nice as well, and wouldn't need a ton of work (I'd think) or testing/balancing to add these in.

We're looking into the standings problem now. It's an open defect in our system. The addition of a hard number to the logs is an interesting idea - thanks for the feedback!
