Warping while cloaked

I have been out of the game for a few years and trying to familiarize myself again.

I was out in my Arazu a found that I could not warp while I was cloaked. For some reason I don't remember that this was the case.

Has something changed or am I doing it wrong?

Only the Covert Ops Cloak will allow you to warp whilst cloaked. Ensure that is fitted and used.
