Site clearing ship for 0.0 exploration (guristas)

Decided to try my hand at running 0.0 exploration sites in guristas space for isk while training pvp skills, But unsure currently where to focus my training

I have a full scan skills cov ops, So scanning is not a requirement, Unfortunately my combat skills are somewhat all over the place (previous Industrial alt)

Working with:
Drone interfacing V & IV other support skills, But only Light and medium T2 drones, no T2 Heavy/sentries
T2 Medium Projectile, no large or other medium spec - but good support gunnery skills
Torps IV, Heavy missles IV - Good missle support skills
Minnie Cruiser V
BC IV
Gal BS IV
Almost_all other ship related support skills at V

I'm not too worried about having the best setup for exploration immediately, as I want to focus on BS V & large gun specs etc soon, I just want something that can do it well enough until I can spare the time to max efficiency.
Would I be best sinking the time for t2 Drones & Gal cruiser V for the Ishtar, or Could a Hurricane/myrm/drake solo exploration sites in 0.0?

My Tengu can solo every Gurista 0.0 (DED sites I assume you're talking about) exploration site I've run across. I've yet to try it in The Maze, so I'll probably bring a friend just in case.

BCs will not be able to solo these. Not even close. If you have multiple characters, 2x T3s (1x Tengu and 1x other) should be able to be completely self sufficient in nullsec, Tengu runs sites, the other one fits probe launcher + cloak + interdiction nullifier + rr and acts as a scout + support.
