This. I currenly have 2 types of fighter bpos alternating between research and production. Evemon is a good tool to use for figuring out me levels. If you dont already have it ( which you should ) download evemon and play around with the blueprint browser and you will be able to answer your own question.

I already opened on Fighter BPO and it says that perfect ME is 130164 but optimal one is 8.

Perfect ME is "easy" to calculate but optimal ME is what you are asking for, which means that by researching it above ME 8 you are loosing more money by your BPO rotting in research slot instead of manufacturing from it + cost of research.

Browse around the site and check other BPOs.

All I have available at the moment is EVE-Central mineral pricing.

Here's the waste for Einherji, but beware it takes a long time to research fighters, as they are basically small ships.

I'd recommend ME 20.
