How to remove chat icon?

It's the only icon I never use on my neocom and it causes my cargo hold to stack on the extension thing on the bottom, I can't right click and remove it.

edit: My character guy also has a purple tinge all over when I walk around the station, been like this for months.

You can't remove it. It's static.

What is this sorcery?

Sorry but you can't remove the chat icon. .


To fix your purple guy, reset your cache and make sure you have physically simulated cloth and hair turned off, doing that seems to fix alot of CQ problems like people turning purple and missing arms / clothes etc...

Ok, so why do I need 2 chat icons?

One that has the icon of two people and a Chat Bubble. One that appears as a Stack of Papers.
Sure I use the chat, but I don't need 2 icons for it.
