I would be very, very surprised if this happens. Two primary reasons:

(a) NAT type devices that can potentially cover a large number of subscribers
(b) IP re-allocation for non-static IP addresses

If they were doing an IP-ban instead of handling it through account / other intelligence it would signal they do not know anything about the IP protocol and how various devices work on a public network. And I sincerely doubt CCP would be in that position.

You account shared (EULA says you cant)
You are crying about the person you account shared with buying is It would seem one of two things

You had a 0 wallet and are now -300m (so only 300m was bought
You had a + wallet, and do not care about the rest of the money being taken

Or SCAMMMMMM

Also yes you are a ******... how did this kid buy isk? He haz plastic? I can't say I been to many RMT sites but I would think they only take like paypal, credit card... etc.. So really one or all of you are just retards... GJ getting your char like black listed from most corps lol is this kid like 25 LOL.
