I am wondering if there is anyway to block the fleet advertisement pop-up that comes up when a fleet empty's out of people as this pop-up disables anyone joining the fleet through advertisement during this time.

Make someone else (who stays in fleet and is at the keyboard) boss before leaving fleet?

the boss is not the one leaving, its the other players. As well, there is not always anyone available to fleet with the boss

Ok, then I don't understand the issue tbh. I don't get any popups when normal fleet members leave.

This pop-up is only for fleet advertisements and it only happens when all members of the fleet leave and it come up "Do you wish to update the fleet advertisement", it happens after a certain period of time.

I am trying to find it out for a mate but i doubt there is any solution.

That is the notification that pops up to the next up in line/only one left when the boss leaves. Boss is not necessarily the same guy as FC. Only the boss can update fleet ads, and the boss priviledges are automatically passed on to the next guy, as a fleet always has to have one boss.

You just click "Yes" and press enter, and a new fleet advertisement is created, and people can join the fleet again.

Boss going AFK is the *****, when he's supposed to be creating new squads or clicking Yes on that ad update dialog. Fastest way is to just leave fleet and create new one if that happens.
