Is there a way to make a compass? I would like to hand draw my own maps of the universe. maybe an odometer would be nice too.

What exactly do you mean by that? If you're trying to make plugins that show up in game, that's not allowed.

But if you're just trying to make OOG reference maps, then a compass rose is just a drawing on the map; most players that I know of refer to 'north' as towards Caldari space with the map flatened.
