Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hey guys
This morning something really odd happened while im playing eve
I was ratting in the belts as usual, while my shield was 45% i got frigs webbed and warp discrambled in close range, also a couple of bs were shooting at me as well. Then my computor suddently disconnected from the server, in the next 1 and half mins i tried to reconnect the server as many times as i could because the status of server kept telling me 'unknown'. I think everything was running okay for the server, right? Then I tried disconnected my TS3, Orgin client (these were the only two programs uses internet connection), it didnt work. 1 and half mins later(which was the exact time that my ship was exploded) the server status turns green, but when i login in the game, my ship was already gone. While I was warping back to station, without touching anything, i jumped out the game, and i saw a black window flashed for 3 secs while the game was running in the background. that window really looked like a command prompt screen

Another strange thing was i recieved an email from sisi-support 4 days ago.

I was pretty sure that i wasnt filing any petitions during the time. So i have no idea who did this on my account
I use allienware m17x, i have never experienced issues like this before. I feel like im being watched
I also ran a full scan through McAfee, nothing's there. Can someone plz help me? Is there a way to turn off all the remote control programs?
