Hulkaggedon - Is it time for legal action?

I have been extremely disturbed by all the posts about griefers and lowlifes set to blow up miners ships and cause financial havoc on the industrial community. Does this violate the EULA? How can this kind of action be tolerated when it causes so much financial and emotional stress on the helpless targets?

I am seriously considering if perhaps a class action lawsuit may be in order to keep gameplay fair and balanced as well as prevent real life consequences such as stress and depression from affecting pilots who may be targeted in this unlawful act.

Now is the time for industrialists to stand up and be heard and not be second class citizens.

I have been mining for awhile now and this is a game yes but when it impacts peoples real lives and causes undue stress and anxiety it is time to look at the people who try to bring that to you.

maybe the best solution is like other successful games and make pvp only server and then server for those who are peace loving and wish to build relationships and fun.

shame on those who want to see others suffer.

what kind of society is this where the goal is to cause people extreme suffering and possible psychiatric problems from their experience??

eve has many fun for the industrialist and builder of social economies but why it has to be ruined in just 10 minutes by obvious sociopaths?

i cannot do anything to stop this but something has to be done and the community needs to join together or the sociopaths and greifers will have ruined us.

I shall start a class action lawsuit against carebears for not working harder to keep mineral prices down and causing me undue emotional and financial stress. Too long have these fat cat industrial types kept thier stranglehold on what should be cheap and plentiful. THE TIME HAS COME TO RISE UP.

I hereby officially recommend that you seek help immediately. Beyond the stinging lights of your computer screen there lies a world uncharted for you. It is the place where real people dwell, where wonderful things like booze, and women drinking too much booze exist.

You should make it your job to discover this world, learn it's customs, and make allies. Perhaps even forming a mining corporation of your own, once that produces monetary units that you may actually hold in your hand.
