Ability to charge for apps and services?

With the "issues" of Eve is easy and CCP Guard commenting to say that this is not allowed:

The Eve is Easy lot posted again to say they are in talks with CCP about their charing and have announced they will have ISK purchase or a $5 a month charge... if they are able to do this, does this mean that all other app developers can now charge for thier apps and services?

Not without a legal agreement with CCP.

Even when the developer license is release, it won't allow for commercial applications.

You can talk to CCP directly, and have a licence from them. But don't expect it to be free.

Afaik it is allowed to charge ISK from users. Not real money tho.
