Exploration is broken!

2 nights ago, I visited 2 5/10s and only 2 B-Type EANMs, a Thermal Membrane, a B-Type AB and a Vigilant BPC dropped.

As you can see, exploration is broken!

Confirming that this is a CCP alt who bypasses the RNG and makes players think exploration is not broken:
"Hey I got phat lewtz! You can too!"
