Assuming equal skills in each, are these essentially interchangable in regards to the best way to pilot them? I'm deciding which to choose. How do the tatics of the Oracle differ from the tatics of the Tornado and vice versa.

If a gang of 3 Oracles were to encounter a gang of 3 Tornados who would win and why? What would each fleet have to do to ensure that they came out on top given the ships may have similar fits and tatics?

There's not enough information to tell. The Oracles do dramatically superior damage, but the Tornados are slightly faster and can fit some ewar in the mids. My money leans very slightly towards the Oracles unless the Tornados are counter fit, but I wouldn't be surprised either way. There's a lot that can go wrong in such an orgy of destruction.
