Burn Jita a sandbox move?

So the United States pretty much banned the Taliban form walking the streets of New York after they flew a couple airplanes into some buildings.

Would The Caldari State and other empires really allow Goons back into high-sec after Burning Jita.

I thought the burn Jita initiative was pretty cool, until I realized it was very one sided and not very sandboxy at all. They are hiding behind a nice little one-way mirror on the sandbox reflection there. Maybe industrial carebears should be able to petition the empires to ban certain alliances from commerce lanes they are willing to grind to a halt.

Do you have any idea how much money the Caldari state is going to make off the Burning of Jita?

I'm hoping CCP would role play a bit and add to the action some how

Oh Im happy about it - I am standing by with PLENTY of suplus to help all those poor souls, but

1) it's hard to say if the ship loss will make up for the transaction loss (if any different)
2) I was just talking in a pure sandbox sense.

So the "sandbox" thing to do is petition people who do something you don't like and ban them?

As a representative of the Caldari State, we support the burning of Jita. The resulting event will increase sales of ship, modules and ammo by a large margin, allowing the State, and all those who align with our mercantile nature to greatly increase the profits for their orders.

Remember, the State is not hampered by weaknesses as liberalism, democracy or providing security for the masses. If you want security, you can hire any of the State approved mercenary capsuleer organisations.

It's actually many of the "carebears" not the Goons that would likely be banned from Caldari space by following your reasoning. Unless they're part of the Caldari militia why would the Caldari State be more annoyed at a Goon for suicide ganking a pod pilot than they would some missioner that once destroyed Caldari Navy NPCs?

No, that would be one-sided. The sandbox is there as it is: they have tools at their disposal and they're using them to impact the game world. The traders also have a number of tools at their disposal and can use them to impact the game world.

What you're suggesting is that one party should be allowed to change the world and not the other.

In a sandbox question, you are asking NPC empires to go beyond their preordain grasp to that of concord powers and effect a large group structure like Goons because the disorganized individual traders cant think of a way around it . LoL lore wise, its a valid maneuver, it is a capsular issue. Capsular clash in which only capsular goods are at stake anyway. Those in good standings with the empires are still merely 3ed party contractors. They are not going to bring the whole navy to save a few people who cant help themselves. The capsulars made Jita 4-4 what it is. And we can destroy it.

and with OP, that first sentence is dumb, this scenario doesn't even have a real world counterpart.

Goons, like all Sov holding alliances avoid Jita 364 days a year anyway. Jita war dec campers see to that. Unless you would like to try and bann thier alts.

Someone who didn't care about the topic yet had to reply why the topic was bad has posted at least twice now on exactly how much they don't care about various things. Better comment and show how much I support their opinions.
