Hello MD Big smile

* Introduction:
I knew this game more than 3 years ago, played for about 2 months and I quitted.
Now I come back with an ambitious long term plan. With about 200 million when I started playing again, it’s now about 650m total in cash and modules sale orders after 1 month playing. With that minimum fund, I have to make buy orders like 5 XR-3200, 10 ‘Arbalest’ Heavy …
That’s why I decide to get help from kind investors to expand my trading fund.

* Plan:
I currently trade in stations: Dodixie, Oursulaert. I have one alt in Jita, so I can trade cross regions and empires also. Recently my last new born alt founded a corporation to utilize the contracts system.
My main char has good trading skills, my Jita alt gonna train Whole sale in a week.

With 3 Billion offering, I can make larger buy/sell orders, trading more other modules.
And also I can exploit the NPC trade goods system.

* Audit:
I know there are so many scams happen here. So I do my best to build trust in any interested investors. I will give out my limited API key to any prospective investor, just send me and Evemail and make a comment in this thread that you want to verify my toons.
Besides I try to answer any question as best as I can.

* Risk:
I don’t make any profit from your invested isk >> I am still able to pay you back full plus interest at the end of one month with my current isk.
I lose isk trading >> it is possible but unlikely to happen, since I am very good in math and very careful, plus I trade on many products.
I walk away with your isk >> I am mature and will not do it. It is just a game and we are here to have fun and make friends, enjoying the creative imagination of this sci-fi universe.

* Summary

Wanted: 3 Billion
Interest Rate: 10%
Collateralized: No
Start Date: 15 September 2011 or the time you send me isk.
Extended Option at the end of 1 month.
Minimum investment: 500 m

* Investors:

I was drawn to this thread because it offers a decent rate of interest comparable to some of the lower-end loans available on my alliance's member contracts, but I am given pause both by your poor use of the English language (though this may be excused if it is not your first language) and by the other "red flags" I detail below. While it is entirely possible that you are being honest and forthright to the best of your ability, even that is a negative mark against you as it betrays an ignorance of the game mechanics and social dynamics specific to Market Discussions and management of public funds. If on the other hand I assume that you are not morally pristine there are several markings of potentially deliberate social engineering in your post, as well as intentional or unintentional oversight. I am left to conclude that any public funds invested to your care would likely never be seen again, due to some combination of deceit, incompetence and neglect.

First, you admit to being unfamiliar with the present game mechanics; second, you admit to quitting the game in the past. What reason have potential investors to believe that you ever "knew" the game 3 years ago, or that you possess either the desire or the inclination to know it again? We also lack assurances that you will not simply leave the game in two months, which is problematic since even assuming a pristine moral compass this could give you an avenue to disappear with public funds.

Emphasis mine. In a section titled "audit," you appear to display one or more of the following: an intentional sidestep of the issue, ignorance of what constitutes an audit and what is available with a limited API check, ignorance of the posting culture specific to Market Discussions, and/or a deliberate attempt to curry positive reputation. While this does not necessarily speak ill of this particular offering, it does suggest (along with your stated intention of "expanding" the offering later) that you intend to use this offering as part of a "rep grind" and then later walk away with a much larger sum from a subsequent offering.

I knew this game when I studied abroad in Germany for my Electronics Engineering degree. I quitted the game because real life issues. Now I have more free time and I plan to be Tycoon and more in this game.
3 years ago, when I started playing this game, I learnt hard, I had read a lot of guides back then.
Now I have downloaded the ISK - Industrial Sized Knowledgebase, and give it a quick read.
Even if I will leave the game in future like you wrote, I will return all the isk first.
Every one has a price, and MY PRICE is too much for few bil isk game currency.

Because I do not want use anyone precious time for my own issue, so I dont request a trusted 3rd party to do the auditing for me. Thats why I think I can give my API key directly to investors, than they can monitor my progress also.
Well, if needed, I will follow the normal procedure if any investor request.
I understand it is hard for you to believe in IPO from a new MD commer.

That is a quick and harsh conclusion from your judment.
I can not do any thing but will prove you wrong even if i dont get any invested isk and have to go on my own feet.
I remember this and I will prove you wrong.

As you say that English is not your first language, I withdraw that complaint from my assessment. I still will not be investing in your offering and would not advise others to do so; but, you seem to handle yourself politely in response so I will wish you good luck in whatever it is you're trying to do—be that legitimate trading or trying to separate fools from their pretend currency.

why dont you do some simple research before you give out harsh judment ? Just search the contract system and you can see hundred of contracts issued from this character.

Anyway, I understand your point of view, coz there are so many scams here.
I know it will be difficult for me to get public fund for my trading coz of this. Actually I hesitated to make this post, but finally I gave it a try. I have nothing to lose and a lot to learn.

Worst case : I have to trade with my current limited sum, but i built 650m from 200m in a month.
So no problem at all.

Oneday i will remind you this when I get 'rich isk', hopefully .

Rich in this game is nothing compared to rich in real life, and the latter is the one to focus on.
But one can learn a lot from this game, thats why I play with intention of learning.

How did you come to the conclusion that you need 3 billion of public funds for trading?

You would probably have more luck starting smaller I think; If you made as much as you say trading with such a small startup capital, you could probably do just as well with 1 billion or even less! Blink

I knew I could have more luck starting like 500 m, ... and up slowly. But I believe in my capability to handle trade with sufficient efficiency up to 3 bil. My char’s skills are ready; my knowledge about game mechanic is good enough. I really don’t bother myself offering for 1bil or less.
Currently I trade on some modules only, sometimes I have seen very lucrative deals but I did not have the isk to take advantage of. Also I can not afford to place large orders on trade goods yet, not enough isk.
Plus I do not plan on a cash out scam, so I do not need to build trust from small initial offering.
Maybe after 1 month, if things turn out really well, I may not need any more investment.
Managing small sum of isk is much easier than managing large, even giant sum. So I don’t hope to make like 200 % return on investment per month with 3 bil. In any case, I have no doubt about having to make more than 10% for interest.
