Hi,

Is there a way to make my drones defend my own ship ? So they attack everything that attacks my ship ?

That's exactly what they do. Unless you order your drones to return and orbit they will attack the nearest object (from their perspective) that is attacking you. I think you need to have them set in aggressive mode to make this work but I'm not sure.

Your drones when set to aggressive will attack anything that aggros you automatically providing your drones were launched before they aggro you. If you tell them to attack a ship after that they will auto-attack anything within drone range.

If you drop your drones after you are attacked, the drones will often ignore until you tell them to attack. But if the drones are already out, then if you get attacked they will auto attack...or they should.
