Leadership bonuses

I recently discovered the potential of leadership skills, gang assist modules, and mindlink implants.

Let me play out a scenario,

Person providing bonuses has siege warfare 5, siege warfare specialist 5.
Has siege warfare mind-link implant,
and flies a ship with the three sieve warfare gang links, active shielding, shield efficiency, and shield harmonizing. So basically a max shield bonus toon on field.

Whats the total bonus percentage to shield capacity?
Whats the percent increase in shield resisntances (yes i know they vary base on the natural resistances of the ship, but whats the equivalent, across the board increase)

If im flying a mach or a vargur with an active shield tank will these bonuses significantly increase my tanking ability.

Thanks, remember im completely ignorant of command bonuses, never used them.

Also, no ship appears to have a command bonus. A fitting bonus for assist modules, but no command bonuses, am i missing a ship?

The Fleet Command Ships have a 3% bonus per skill level, and strategic cruisers have a subsystem which provides a 5% bonus per sub level.

So there are 8 ships, the Eos, Vulture, Damnation and Claymore as Fleet CS and Tengu, Proteus, Legion & Loki as Tech 3.

Active Shielding as well als Shield Efficiency only increase the effectiveness of SHield Transfers if i'm correct, the shield bonus is dertermined by the implant itself and is 15%, and the resistance gained by a Tengu with All 5 and the imp is at 35.16%. So yeah, you might drop an Invul if you have a full Tengu Boost alt in system. However, you might also fly that tengu in a normal pve fitting and probably increase the efficiency of your income more than by boosting and flying solo.

I already rat with two toons, (max dps tengu/thanny) and am moving towards two cap transferring vargurs, or a thanny/mach. three toons my be pushing it.
Thanks for the info.

If someday I have a big shinny ship in the super class, would these boost increase my ehp by millions?

Oh, and can the tengu field more than one warfare link module at once?

This is not correct. These skills affect both Boosters and Transfers.

No real point in doing this for mission running, but if you are running higher end anomalies or complexes in 0.0 space, it's nice to have a booster alt. It's also pretty common for Incursion fleets.

Yes, the Tengu can fit more than one - but you need a Command Processor for each additional link.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Hordes can be a beast, current horde mechanics allow for up to 12 battleships, 12 cruiser/battlecruiser ships to be spawned at once, which can make it hard to have max dps ships that can survive long enough to widdle it down. which is why i dont want to risk 1b hulls with a marginal tank on them.

Then it sounds like a booster alt, whether an on-grid CS or off-grid T3 will help you out.

A third DPS ship might also help - the last time I ran Hordes on a regular basis (couple of years ago) I was using a Thanatos and two Paladins. That cut through Hordes very quickly.

If you ever want to PvP, fleets always seem to be in need of pilots with good leadership skills, so a good CS pilot is a nice thing to have.
