Doing Missions as a Corp

I see a lot of corps advertising they do missions to help attract pilots to their corp, and I was wondering

1) how they run these ops. Do they split up into small squads since the mission rewards can be divided amoung the players in the fleet, so two squads would probably see little advancement but the missions would be a lot easier.

2) How would you split up the loot in the Security missions from all the ships you've destroyed and salvaged?

3) Are there squad make ups for PvE?

4) Any suggestions/advise on how to run these?

Thanks for your time.

1) in complete different styles, there is no general rule, except they do it together.
2)Most reasonable imho is that the noctis pilot just keeps the loot, but is not with the main fleet. (no bounty, etc)
3)What ever works or even not works (af for l5s for example should be fun, but are not working really)
If efficiency is a concern, than you do this at best with new characters. So instead of flying l3s alone in your drake, 3 drakes fly together l4s, or you add a destroyer pilot as support ship to kill the frigs. Or classic, one or two dps ship, maybe one tanky ship, and one noctis.

Those setups stop making sense once everyone get their faction ships, but until than you either make more isk/h ot at least do not lose much. Low Sec / Null Sec you add in many ways security to your ops. Though I guess you are speaking of high sec mission carebears.

Thanks for the reply Tenris. That's pretty much what I thought, but I want to see how other people/corps are flying missions as a group.

I've always done it where the Noctis pilot was in the fleet. He flies DPS till the mission is about over changes to a Noctis and scoops up the salvage. When he sells the salvage he splits the profits with equally with all fleet members. Yes he doesn't make all the salvage profits but he does make ISK from the rats and mission rewards. The biggest thing is he makes standing with whatever faction the mission for. This will allow him to take missions on his own later. Of course like Tenris said there is no general rule. The biggest thing is everyone is having fun and making ISK!

Makes sense as long as the fleet is not anyway faster killing than a noctis can clear up the mess.
