Assuming no other assets apart from the current implants, what am I worth if I decide to start over?

Remap is available, character was built first for mining, then missions, then branched out. Good pilot, can fly pretty much anything with some degree of success, especially Caldari.

I'm guessing the ballpark rate of 1m SP -> 100m ISK is way off nowadays?
