Wing Commander does not get bonus from FC

Hi,

as WC I dont get bonus from FC position, but SC + SM are receiving that bonus. Why?

I have the same problem too. Have WC skill 3, had 3 squads in my wing. Wing members had bonuses from FC, me not. Please fix it.
