You will run into this with any MMO, the key point to remember is that it is an MMO...

...if you find yourself bored with your surroundings, find new ones.

Hint: By surroundings I mean people, and by new ones, I mean friends, corpsmates, associates, etc.

The game only slowly changes over time and a good deal of the content rarely changes at all in the grand scheme of things, however, the people that play the game, are different in some regards everywhere you go.

So, go find some new friends, this is an MMO after all.
