I want to gank miners in 0.7 space using destroyers, my sec is -10, is an orca necessary to drop the ships for me to jump into? Or would undocking aligned to a bookmark, warping there, then to the belt work?

You know, you could always just try it yourself in a throwaway Catalyst that has nothing on it...or if you don't have an Orca just have someone who has the sec status to fly in highsec drop a bunch of them in deadspace offscan for you and you just pod out there and board them. You don't *need* an Orca. Just some imagination.
