Hi Guys,

I am a n00b to eve and have recently been looking on eve-kill.net at some of the kills! I noticed this one:

This guy seems to kill in Jita frequently yet he only lost one ship on April? Is he using the boomerang exploit or have I completely missed the point of concord intervention?

There won't be a KM if he gets killed by concord (npc highsec police) only. Well he will receive one but no one else will.

You should bee seeing this as an oportunity to make a fast locking frigate with a warp disruptor on it and use it to get yourself some easy ship/pod killmails.
