Smuggling is replaced by snuggling. With a face like yours I can see you'd have trouble with that.

Buy in Jita, jump out w/ JF or Blops. I'm told very fast warping ships are also fairly foolproof, but why chance it?

Lots of clueless talk it seems.

I actually had a nice chat with a guy running a working booster courier service throughout highsec, which can be found on the trade forums. He also gave me that trade secrets smirk, but after some poking answered that the tactic is wholeheartedly legitimate. What he considers legitimate is obviously questionable...

However, this is turning out to be such a myth that I'm planning on posting a 100 million tip for a working, doable, legitimate (as in not an oversight of customs mechanics = non exploit) method of running boosters wherever in highsec.
