Hi All,

My corp encountered and suffered from a POS Bug that was clearing our POS Links and stopping our reactions for a week.

Petitions to CCP went unanswered and while costs continued to rise no isk was being made.

After much effort and investigation (and silence from CCP) we determined that an empty (Blank Silo Type) Coupling Array was the culprit.

My question / issue - I am getting the usual stonewalling asking for some compensation for the lost isk - at least for the POS Fuel lost due CCPs bug and delayed response.

Is there a better way to escalate this for a reasoned response that is not cut-and-paste from a policy manual?

Sorry if i'm not following, but you guys messed up somewhere, and want CCP to compensate you for it?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

nope ... was working fine for 12 months ... a recent patch borked it ... petitions went unanswered ... WE figured out what the bug was and applied a workaround ...

Now when the petitions have finally received an answer we are only getting variations of "sorry but tough luck"

CCP doesn't reimburse for their bugs. It's (our) cost of doing business.
