My Login Screen :(

I would call this an issue... I can't go on and put more skills in my skill queue with less than 12 hours _._

Has anyone experienced this? Is there help for this?

Clear your cache. Other than that, did you try clicking the empty portrait button? Does something happen? If this doesn't work (and clearing the cache doesn't work either), write a petition. You'll get faster help there compared to these forums, especially considering it's a "blocking issue" (i.e. keeping you from playing).

Cleared my cache already, tried using the repair tool, but the same thing happens... Nothing.

So yes it's blocking me from playing.

This is happening to me as well, just as of today. Cache clear did nothing. Repair tool didn't fix it.

EDIT: A reboot seemed to fix it here as well. Weird...

Most annoying thing of the week: You failed to dock/jump because you are cloaked (in your Deep Space Transport).

This maybe a stupid suggestion...but, try running eve as administrator? Maybe it just can't right to the file because the security settings of the directory got changed somehow?

I already do that, actually.

I ended up uninstalling, then installing Eve and it works...
