How to increase a -7.5 standing

So i have a -7.5 standing towards Gallante Federation because of the mission Enemies Abound. i like that mission you get alot for the tags. but would like to get into Gallante space and run missions there.

Can anyone tell me how i can raise this,

The straighforward way would be to find a lv1 Gallente agent outside of Gallente space and run missions there.

1. train you Dilpomacy skill up to IV.
2. If you can get into Minmatar space without being shot at: Go to Emolgranlan Solar System, visit the local Data Center, and raise your faction (and derived) faction standings by completeing as many missions as you can for the Data Center Agents.

If you still don't have Gallente standings above -5.00, you could always do 15 quick level 1 missions for a Minmatar agent to get one storyline mission.

I have a char who is -10 (before skills) to gallente,minmatar.

What do you guys recommend

p.s. 16 missions + 1 storyline give me less than 0.1 standing increase (so around 1600 missions to go to -5 I guess)

If you train your diplomacy skill to 4 or 5 then you should be able to do the level 1 missions without the local navy having issues. You're going to have to do quite a lot of them, but each storyline will boost your faction by a fair bit.
As you get your corp standing up, you'll be able to access higher level missions - of which the storylines will give you higher faction hits.

No matter how good your skill, you're still KoS to the locals. This makes it somewhat hard to actually do the missions, yourself.
However. If you have an alt, or a friend, fleet with you....

Grab a level 1 mission.
Undock in your pod, with your alt/mate in their combat ship.
Warp your fleet to the mission.
Go back to the station and wait, then hand in the mission.

Do this for about 3 storylines and you should be able to access level 3 missions, with that corp.
Do the same trick and just wait for enough storylines to raise your faction to the desired level. With diplomacy 5 and faction standings around -8, you should no longer be KoS to the locals and so find doing the missions somewhat easier.

Some folk do this as a "service", so if you go onto the right forums (probably market) you might be able to find them.

I was once -8.0 with Amarr. I now fly all lvl4 agents with them.

DMC's faction repair plan helped a whole lot. It is imperative you get to better than -5.0 with gallente so as to gain access to the sisters of eve epic arc. Use derived minmatar standing to achieve this access.

One able to go into gallente space, run the sister of eve epic arc and choose gallente near the end to gain a rather decent standing boost with them. Repeat this every 3 months or until you get the agents you require.

they ruin standings yes but Enemies abound gives the tags you need for getting Caldari Navy items alot better then buying them

So what. Saving a bit of isk for the sake of imposing movement restrictions in the future is unwise. You don’t know what new path you may want to take further down the line. I’ll repeat what’s been said in that Faction missions are bad

Actually as long as your adjusted faction standing is -2 or less you cannot do level 2s( I have +8 corp standing with roden shipyards courtesy of my other char but still can only accept level 1s)... hmm I haven't tried missioning since before the agents change - not sure now that agents are all level 20 if my standing advancement can be somewhat faster.
