why does concord respond to gcc's in less than 2 seconds in a 0.5 system now ?

this is not tears, i don't really care about it.

i am just curious why things like this happen and there are no notifications about it.

it kind of looks like CCP does these things regardless of how the community will welcome it, and without thinking what impact it will have on a large number of players (positive or negative impact, regardless).

Its kind of funny how CCP's attempts to help the crybears never quite work out.

First, 'warping away' from a GCC attack was never an exploit, and still isn't.
In fact, its a useful tactic to avoid people who like to attack -10 pods or loot gankships.

Its the 'shooting after warping' that they didn't like.

They patch, overcompensate and 'fix' the wrong problem, and in doing so, fail to correct the 'exploit'.

CCP - the gang that cant shoot straight.

Wonder when they will learn that they can never make the crybears happy until they are 100% safe. Witness the 'Buff Hulk' threadnaught.

Edit: And no, wasn't banned. Like I said, this whole 'boomerang episode' was, in part, simply to see how CCP responded. Do they really support 'sandbox' play or just pay it lip-service? I've got my answer, and will adjust my future communication of tactics accordingly.

A nerf ?

Anything that brings tears is buff by scripture.

You must suffer.

LOL at carebears trying to claim 'tears' supposedly resulting from CCP action.

It just shows they don't even know what they are.

So, am I understanding this right? Carebears must exclusively rely on CCP-devs for their 'tears'?

Seems that way - and its kind of pathetic.

Mining lasers do zero damage on tear ducts, so yes we must exclusively rely on CCP for them. And in fact its worse than that. You see if we cry too much it starts soaking into the paper hull on our hulks and our ore starts leaking out.

Concord response time was always supposed to be calculated based on the Capsuleer you were attacking so if the Hulk pilot had a 5.00 it would be shorter.

I don't know if that was broke and isn't now or if they just made response a one size fits all.
