Could use some skill training advice.

Hi, I´m having a hard time deciding on what to train next. I don´t plan to use bs size guns or missiles for a long time and I pretty much only use shield fitted ships. The only skills I can think of is Energy Management and drone skills.

You should definitely improve your shield skills. According to the link some are still level 1s and 2s.

Aside from that have you considered Tech 3 or Tech 2 recon ships.
Tech 3 would give you versatility. While Recon would give you some sneaky fun.
