so when you mission in a fleet, do just the people on the grid get bounties/rep for kills/etc or will they get them no matter what?

also, when you turn in the mission at the end, and you choose to share, does it share the rep gained/does that mission count in your number going towards a storyline?

Im trying to figure out whether missioning in a group or solo will gain me rep faster as Im trying to get my standing with Amarr up from the -2 something that its at atm

people on grid share bounties. not sure how sec status works. Off grid they get nothing.

When you turn it in and share, they share rewards and standing except for storyline.

On storyline, others could share the on grid pay but only the person accepting the mission gets the storyline faction increase. The person accepting the missions is the one that gets counted for storyline count only.

I once flew with a nice team setup where we all accepted missions, as a team flew them. While we flew someone bookmarked and passed them to a salvage looter. Loot logging was enabled and salvage was paid on a fair basis per ship without regard to ship class or actual pickup. Since loot and salvage drops have changed, you'd have to work out your own numbers.

It was a fun way to run missions before incursions got popular. FC paid salvager out of pocket and sounded like he made a profit while salvagers waited in line for a piece of the action.

As usual fc'ing these was a burden that's main rewards were helping other people have fun.

the way we've been running it (as I know him IRL so trust isnt a factor) the three combat characters run in and kill everything, the last salvager runs in, starts up the octopus (noctis) we fly off to the next one. Though funnily I hadnt thought of the bookmarking thing -.- We'll be doing that from now on as that means we wont have to sit around waiting for the salvager to catch up

My salvager collects it all together and I sell/munch it into minerals and split it 50/50

Last 3 level ONE missions we cleared total 23 mil (not counting bounties/mission pay) total, not each from salvage and looting

I just wanted to make sure we were all sharing standings when we were getting them or not

Corporate standings as you've seen grow pretty fast, once your combat ships get enough standings to all run level 4's, you might as well let the noctic in on the standings gain. They can accept missions too. Run in batches to keep things moving. Everybody accept mission, run them, turn em in and do it again. Look into corporate bookmarks if your all in same corp. Never used em but sounds better than trading bookmarks in station. Rotate FC so guys don't have to idle waiting for just one guy to online. Experiment with different fleet comps and tactics. Most fun I ever had in missions.
