The looter has been agression-flagged, and as such becomes a legal target.

You only get killrights if someone destroys your ship illegally in empire --> when you get ganked and your ship gets destroyed.

The only way to have the ninja get killrights on you is to destroy his ship before he agresses you by looting a wreck.
Which is a stupid way to go about it, really.

Highsec isn't "Safe".  Neither is it a playground for bullies and bottomfeeders. So stop complaining and start playing the game already.
