Hello all

First of all yes this is a forum alt, for reasons which will become obvious. That said...on to business

We all know that placing alts into war target corps for the purposes of spying is perfectly acceptable. My question is; are there any rules against buying a character from the Bazaar specifically for the purposes of putting it in a war dec corp stupid enough to keep recruitment open during a war to gank their members from within in order to completely destroy morale?

We have been war dec'd and the corp behind it is so arrogant they have kept recruitment open. We already have a couple of spies in there and I am willing to front a substantial amount to get a decent character in there if allowed! Should draw the tears from those looking to extract them...

Why would there be any rules against that?

If a couple of spies aren't good enough,I doubt one more will be of any use. GL anyways.

I disagree. The op specifically wants a high skilled alt who could gank corpmates. This isn't some low so alt joining a corp to spy. The difference would ne similar to either enrolling your main pvp toon or an indy alt as a spy. The pvp toon could spy, but could hopefully cause far more damage in fleet ops.

True. I guess I was only thinking about the intel part of it.

LA is correct, the alt would be entered specifically for the purpose of causing a lot of damage to the other corp.

I'm not sure why I thought it might not be allowed, seems a pretty silly question now come to think of it. Still, best to cover all bases!

Thanks all! Will be sure to post tears if there are any. Stay tuned!

The only rules regarding this are that character being moved must notify his corp via evemail that he is being sold and then must be in an npc corp at the time of the transfer.
