So I am getting back into complexes and I was wondering if a hurricane could solo complexes in .3-.4 systems? Would this be a decent isk making source? I have heard mixed feelings on combat plexes not in null.. Thanks in advance!

Yes, a hurricane can solo lowsec complexes...if you tank the ship properly for the local npc faction.
