Ok ccp why has concord speed up there responce time since Downtime without letting us know.

They now spawn at the speed of npc police... not the speed concord responds at

I would rather know things that are comming down the channel rather than wake up and go... This is not the same as yesterday and there is no patch info on it.... there wasnt even a client side patch to even go... they might have changed something today.

I mean realy its there game... if they want to change something, change it... just let us know so we can make informed choices

back to OP, I think this is the 'fix' to the 'expoit' that CCP recently changed to disallow warping after getting a GCC. They're trying to make it more 'realistic' I suppose by having Concord appear and scram you right away instead of miraculously having your warp drive shut down (or have you instantly explode all by yourself).

Even if they speed up concord to scram you earlyer just to do that... They also decreased the time at which they start jamming.
Thus keeping you imobolized longer doing nothing

might be that boomerang fix.
afaik the only thing they changed is making sure you cant escape concord anymore when suiciding.

The boomerang fix is there for a while already but since today concord response times have been changed, so it seems

Validated and confirmed.

Concord in 0.5 space now shows up and scrams/neuts/ecm within 1.8 seconds of your GCC/first aggression.

this is a nerf to legitimate PVP and will likely cost alot of subscriptions. we need this reverted or some sort of compensation for this removal of valid and fair gameplay.
