Looking for a decent pvp focused starter toon. Prefer Minmatar but may consider other races (except Caldari).

I will consider it. He is a very caple starter, with logistic 5, good skills, bc 5 for both the drake and the hurricane, have decent basic gunnery skills etc etc :-)
