I've been running 4s with a group of friends, but we have a racially mixed group so we have to decline some missions.

Today we got online, got 2 decliners in a row and are done for the day because of the 4 hour limit.

Are these rules designed for kids on summer vacation? 4 hours is the whole play time for a day for someone who works for a living.

I understand they don't want people to cherry pick missions, but 4 hours is excessive.

you should find next mission hub close to the one you are doing missions for and gain access to lvl 4's in there.

you can complain on 4h limit, but that's the best wat to circumvent this.

You don't HAVE to decline missions.... You CHOOSE to!

In EVE, any choice you make have consequences! Live with it!

And as the other guy said, there are more than one level 4 agent in the game Roll

The standings loss isn't THAT bad, you could just take it.

use the agent finder and find several level 4 agents in same station/system/constellation....then you can move to another when it caps out.....also you can run up an alt fairly quickly with standings...to use just to accept missions to give you another chance at an acceptable mission.

It is limitations like this that prevent EVE from attracting new players/keeping existing ones.

Whiners gonna whine.

Anyways, has the OP even tried to run one of these "decliner" missions or take the 4hr standings hit from the agent or is he too scared because people in the NPC corp tell him he'll be screwed. Because the standings hit you take is negligible aka it is nothing if you only do a faction mission every once in awhile. Unless you just got access to level 4 missions today you can take a small dip in standings and not notice any ill effects. In fact you can always repair your standings so going negative is not that big of a deal anymore. It's a completely fair system and if you choose to decline and the only thing you do in EVE is missions, then that is your problem.

Heck, whenever I see a mission to kill faction rats I go "hooray!" because those missions are bank, tags go for tons of isk right now.

Yeah, why limit yourself to missions? Just doing missions in this game is like going to a bar and only ordering water.

So out of your entire "group" only one of you can pull missions? When Ive run with a friend of mine, with 2 agents in the same station, we would have to each pull basically 4 missions in a row we didnt want to run in order to run into this problem. not to mention at this point our standing with the corp is so high the loss from declining too many in a row is very minor.

HTFU already.
