You'll need an ice asteroid, and a can of peas. Drill a hole in the ice asteroid, then surround the opening with peas.
When the goon comes up to take a pea, kick it in the ice hole.

Use a mining vessel as bait. The second wild goons appear to attack you, scream out "MITTANI IS A CYBER BULLY" on local and watch them screech to a halt and unload a volley of QQ into chat.

Kill them while they are preoccupied with this.
