Drone's are a pain to use in pvp.

Drones are a pain to use in pvp.

I ask for the following change.

A dron button works like a modual, sends all drones asigned to that button from your drone bay to attack the target
If you have nothing targeted and Hit the button again it will return the drones tou your drone bay, (would be nice if they got a extra speed boost while returning).

Prity much i want drones to work like moduals you click the drone icon, they shoot out and attack the target. Just let us drag a group of drones from the drone tab to the action bar ?

ummm I'm pretty sure i saw that on a dev blog or on fanfest video somewhere.... its in the pipelines.

By any chance are their any plans to buff hybrid guns in that same pipe line? If so ill be one happy galanete

i dont think ccp will be touching hybrids anymore. the only hope you have of buffs is the ship tweaks coming soon™

They just buffed hybrids, making them awesome

I believe it was in the Keynote or CCP Presents (I can't recall which was which but it was the one that they did second)

Drone UI does need a Overhaul +1
(Even though I never use them)

CCP presents was the new tactical overlay, new overview and picture in picture - cane was getting blown up. Someone linked a WIP drone management screen earlier in Fanfest with drones in the HUD.

That'd be nice. It is kinda tedious having to right click > deploy on this tiny little bar inside of a small window to the right of my screen. Just give me a button which turns them on and off.

I have never flown a carrier, how many drone groups do they have?

I like this idea.

In the meantime I'll stick to my hotkeys: Engage target and Return to Drone Bay, makes it pretty easy.

Odyssey: Repacking in POS hangars for modules +1,  but please for other stuff too, especially containers. Make containers openable in POS hangars.

F is engage target, R is return and orbit. Although I'm not sure about return to bay.

My drones feel free to ignore the 'focus fire' command on a fairly regular basis.
