I think all non-PvP ships should be able to get proper insurance (inc t2 ships), so non PvPers will be less aggrieved when killed

This applies especially to Hulks/Mackinaws/Orcas killed during Hulkageddons for example
(the present insurance is a joke, insure a Hulk, get enough isk to buy a Covetor)

Define "non-PvP" ships. By the definition of Eve, any ship that has undocked is a PvP ship, some are just being used otherwise by people who mistakenly believe that there is non-PvP space in Eve.

Anyone who wants to can buy insurance, nothing is stopping you from doing so. And the T2 insurance is based on the way that insurance prices are calculated and is intentional to make losing T2 ships less appealing, it's the same way for ALL T2 ships.

Miners, Industrials, salvaging ships are non-PvP (thats Exhumers/Mining Barge, Industrial haulers, Noctis)

T2 insurance is a joke, it is based (dumbly) on tech 1 ship values

So, if we undock, we are just targets, and PvP is compulsory??

Go get a Life, but not around here you troll (find a cave somewhere)

20 Mil insurance for a Tengu is a Joke
Especially when that covers a low end module.

If I insure a ship I better be able to buy the hull again after loosing it, or what is the point of insuring the damn thing.
