I am in the market for some advanced capital blueprints... What is a good number for ME and PE? and how do you calculate that?

Zofu is nice and clean, but its prices aren't always accurate (they're usually "ballpark", just not lately)

eveeye.com is nice and seems to have good prices, but doesn't give details so it's hard to audit for correctness.

And I need to remember to look at Fuzzworks...
