Where we like to compare RL countries to EvE Empire factions, I think the Russians are getting closer to being like Sansha in this case.


Over the years there have been a lot of books come and go with stuff about "Soviet mind control weapons" but even most of the people who think 911 was an inside job consider these weapons to be "tinfoil hattery".

I don't think 'mind control' is quite what that article is suggestion the weapon does lol

Probably got trolled somewhere along the lines but History channel had a documentary on when i walked back into the living room and the prorgam was all about Dr Gotlieb of the U.S and his implementation of cognitive reconstruction to make the "Bourne" the movies are based on.


It was deemed slightly illegal as it bypassed certain laws in the U.S. of A. but it doesn't change the notion of "investigations into regulation of cognitive faculty to achieve a covert or overt goal".

As for actual weapons, the intended use of a flash bang is "kinda" mind control. As opposed to organ control.
